I've been behind the chair for years, and I know exactly what it feels like to hustle nonstop, raise prices with guilt, and still wonder if it's enough.
With a background in business management and years of experience as a stylist, I've learned how important it is to combine real numbers with real life. As a salon owner working with independent hairstylists every day, I've seen just how many of us struggle with pricing — not because we aren't talented, but because no one ever taught us how to build a system that supports our life and business.
Through my own journey, I discovered that confident pricing isn't just about math — it's about aligning your rates with your time, energy, and goals. Now I'm sharing the steps that helped me, so independent stylists like you can stop guessing and start charging with purpose.
